The National Environment and Panning Agency (NEPA) is investigating another fish kill in the Dawkins Pond in Portmore, St. Cathetine.   NEPA says it received a report from residents of surrounding communities on Wednesday.   Dead fish was seen floating in the water stretching from the coast near Port Henderson Road to Edge Water.   A technical team from NEPA was also deployed to the area in June to investigate a fish kill.   After the testing of samples, it was determined that the fish died from low oxygen levels.   Richard Nelson, Senior Manager of NEPA‘s Environmental Management Sub-division, told Radio Jamaica News that this was due to the build-up of decaying sargassum
