Kevin Durant’s former penthouse looks to make a splash in Miami


Atop a 63-story skyscraper in downtown Miami, a furnished penthouse once owned by NBA star Kevin Durant is now on the market for $3.6 million.

The posh condo turned into a wise investment for the former MVP. After shelling out $1.825 million for the home in 2011, he sold it four years later for $3.45 million, the Los Angeles Times previously reported .
