Prime Minister Dr Keith Rowley has questioned why the Curepe Interchange Project was approved for some $513 million under the previous government, when it is costing this Government less than half that amount to build.
Rowley was speaking yesterday at the sod-turning ceremony for the $221 million project, which is expected to be completed by November.
