Dr Blake told the family that it was indeed a pleasure to honour Blizzard as living to and beyond 100 is an impressive milestone. Dr Blake was also surprised to learn that Florence Blizzard was Senator Donna Cox’s former history teacher

The former clerk also provided advice to the younger generation. According to the mother of seven, grandmother to seven, and great-grandmother to one, if the younger generation wants to live a long and prosperous life, they should pray and trust in God, further noting that God answers prayer
